The black-eyed susans have been blooming for weeks now ...

and the dogwood garden is glorious with lily-scented hostas and bright bursts of impatiens and coleus color

The roses are in the middle of a second bloom too. Last year I wondered if this bush would survive!

On the patio, the pots are overflowing with growth
